By combining GPR with Electromagnetic Detection methods, and with the benefit of many years experience in the industry, Subsite Surveys strives to provide its clients with an accurate view of the vertical and horizontal position of all buried services.

SPECIALIST GPR

Using the latest technology, marked up grids can be surveyed using Ground Penetrating Radar and the results presented in Grid Format. These grids can also be inserted in 3D format into a 3D autocad drawing, which gives a Robust confirmation of PAS128 level B1.

Regardless of the size of your project, GPR grids are a vital tool in the provision of the most thorough and accurate survey available.

RECORD SEARCH

The first, and most vital phase of any project is a Desktop Utility Record Search. This occurs before any site work has begun, and acts as a vital tool for our surveyors in the location and identification of all services. It is our opinion that no survey is truly complete without the inclusion of Statutory Record Information.

PAS128

PAS128 is a specification aimed at further mitigating the risk imposed by service strikes, by utilising all available technologies in order to create a complete survey model.
By using more than one geophysical method to locate each utility, and further backing up the findings with the use of record information, we are able to account for all site utilities with varying degrees of confidence.
